At Indie Brews and Spirits, we’re on a mission to create unique brews that are loved by farmers, roasters, trade and, of course, our consumers.
What makes Quaffine unique is that it is India’s first ever cold brew coffee liqueur - sourced from Indian Estates, roasted and ground by trained craftsmen, brewed by perfectionists, and vetted by some of India’s best mixologists.
We pride ourselves on the quality and integrity of our product. To this end - Quaffine contains no added colour or flavouring and has a lower sugar content than most coffee liqueurs available globally.


Sourcing

Sugar and Spirit
Coffee beans are sourced from a single origin in Chikmagalur, Karnataka. Grown at an elevation of 3500ft, these beans are of the finest quality
The coffee is then put in locally stitched bags and steeped in room temperature water for 12 to 24 hours.
Sugar and rice spirit is added to the cold brew to begin commence the marrying phase.



Bottling
After a marrying period of 8 days, Quaffine is bottled. The liqueur continues to evolve in the bottle.

How is Quaffine Made?
18 different processes are employed to make a single bottle of Quaffine. We are committed to producing coffee liqueur that is homogenous in nature, sourced in India and delivers the finest experience with each sip.
This is why we recommend shaking the bottle before consumption!
